Overnight Sailing Experience on Koddiyar Bay on Ceycat 53 sailing catamaran ** Peak Season - May to October** What You Can Expect: Leave the laid back resorts of the East Coast and sail with us on this overnight cruise. Discover some of the East coast's most beautiful coastlines & best snorkeling spots! Itinerary: • Day 1 - Trincomalee Board from Dutch Bay, Trincomalee at 4 pm. Sail in the magnificent Koddiyar Bay, taking in the dramatic coastline with ancient Koneswaram temple perched high on the hill. Enjoy a stunning sunset drink with dinner onboard. Guests can swim and enjoy stand up paddleboarding. Night at Back Bay, under the Koneswaram temple. • Day 2 Awake at sunrise and enjoy a freshly cooked hot breakfast and local fresh fruits and freshly brewed Ceylon Tea or Coffee and set sail towards the Whales & Dolphins. The moment whales are spotted you will be invited to the bow or upper deck for the best view. Enjoy a leisurely cruise taking in the sights of the Trincomalee Bay. Lunch is served at noon and anchor where guests can enjoy swimming, paddleboarding & snorkeling. Guests will be back in Dutch Bay at 1 pm. 1 Cabin full board (2 adults & a kid less than 5 year max) We have catamarans with 04 cabins & 06 cabins for you to reserve according to your requirement Our prices does not include the Wildlife Entrance Fee (It is 18 USD per adult and 9 USD per child) (Please note that the above itinerary can change due to meteorological conditions, the Naval Advisories & the Captain's assessment)

CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Non Show-up and Early Abandoned Situations: Client has to arrive at least 15 mins. before the departure time. A grace period of 15mins will be allowed for unavoidable circumstances. If the Client does not come for the check-in even after the grace period (non-show-up case), or when the client leaves the Vessel prior to the contracted check-out time (early- abandon case), in all such cases the 100% cancellation fee applies and Client does not have a right for any refund. 2.Please note that for shared cruises, the company might re-schedule the cruise to another date if the required minimum pax count is not gathered for a specific date. If the client cannot reschedule the cruise on a justifiable reason (showing documentary evidence) 100% refund to be paid to the client 3. Kindly note that we may cancel the reservation due to bad weather conditions (based on the weather report of Sri Lanka Navy & Coast Guard) & any other force majeure events in such event they will take measures to re-schedule the same to a next possible date. If the client cannot reschedule the cruise on a justifiable reason (showing Documentary evidence) 100% refund to be paid to the client 4. Peak Period. Sail Lanka considered the period from 15th December to 10th January each year as the peak period. For cancellations during the peak period, 100% of the charter fee will be kept by the company except for the situation in sub para 2 and 3 5.Refund Policy: In case company decides to refund the client following conditions will be applied: a. Refund will be done within seven working days b. In case for Foreign currency bookings, refund will be done in Sri Lankan Rupee as per the exchange rate stated in the original invoice. c. In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), 90% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 10% will be retained to cover administrative costs and service fees incurred during the booking process.
