Please make sure you ask for coast guard documentation that the vessel is registered with the federal government, ask to see the appropriate commercial charter insurance and make sure you have the USCG master licensed captain on any charter.   IGNORE THE DEFAULT RATE THAT THIS SITE HAS FOR THE CAPTAIN. Captain included up to 6 passengers.  Groups exceeding 6 passengers will pay the captain directly about $80 an hour.  We follow USCG regulations- THIS IS EASY TO DO.   We welcome families and corporate groups, encouraging children to join. Let us know in advance for surprises tailored for kids. Customization options from photography, banners, flowers and more can be added later. Our cancellation policy is transparent: reschedule more than 14 days in advance with a fee, while cancellations made over 30 days ahead receive a full refund, minus incurred fees. No rescheduling is allowed within 14 days, and cancellations within this timeframe forfeit the charter fee. Once confirmed you will receive your booking confirmation from this booking site, followed by your direct booking email confirmation from us. It will contain detailed information for your charter. You will also receive a second email to book your captain if you have more than 6. We provide very clear information to make your experience a magical memory.
