WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY For safety and fairness, weather related cancellations will be assessed using Nassau as the reference location and hourly conditions during the booked rental period. A charter may be cancelled or rescheduled in the following circumstances: - Rain Forecast If the average hourly chance of rain during your rental period is 80% or higher. - Wind Forecast If the average hourly wind speed during your rental period is 25 mph or higher. In any other weather related situation, cancellation, rescheduling or credit will be based on a fair agreement between both parties. If both parties agree to proceed with the trip despite questionable weather conditions, there will be no refunds or rescheduling once the charter has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing before departure. For reference, hourly weather conditions will be checked using Google Weather for Nassau. LATE CANCELLATION POLICY If the client is 30 minutes late or more, the charter may be cancelled without refund. This is not our intention, however we often work within tight schedules and cannot guarantee the best level of service if guests arrive significantly late. If both parties still agree to proceed, based on the booking terms and available timing, we will be happy to continue with the trip.
