ELAN VITAL was built by the Electric Launch Company, in Bayonne, NJ and was exhibited at the New York International Boat Show in January 1926. Approaching her 100th anniversary, she was originally purchased by the yachtsman, John Hallenbeck, who named her ALINE. Only ten more of this ‘raised deck’ class were produced by ELCO, the premier builder of cruising powerboats during the Golden Age of motor yachting. With a generous length of 62 feet, she accommodates two staterooms, two heads, a galley with seating for 4 and main salon with seating for 6, or more, guests. Forward and aft decks make for terrific site-seeing and socializing. She has been beautifully restored and is available for private charter cruises with 6 guests, and dockside events for a many as 10. This is a very special vessel, with both rich history and old-world craftsmanship!
