Weather Policy: Charters operate rain or shine. Only severe or unsafe weather conditions (such as storms, high winds, or official advisories) may result in rescheduling at the captain’s discretion. Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify for cancellation. Arrival & Timing: Charter time begins at the scheduled booking time, regardless of guest arrival time. Late arrivals will not be extended or refunded. Capacity: Maximum 13 people onboard (including guests), in accordance with Florida law. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required. Any damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations may result in deductions. Restroom Policy: Do NOT flush paper or any items in the toilet. A cleaning/damage fee will apply if this rule is not respected. Food & Drinks: Food and beverages are welcome onboard. However, no food or drinks are allowed inside the cabins/bedrooms. Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Any burns or damage caused by smoking will result in an additional fee. Alcohol Policy: No red wine allowed onboard. BBQ Usage: BBQ grill available upon request (additional cleaning fee applies). Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the charter.
