Rental Terms We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please review the following important policies that apply to your booking: 1. Weather Cancellations: - In the event of severe weather conditions that make sailing unsafe, the trip will be rescheduled. 2. Late or No-Show Bookings: - Late Arrival: Please inform us if you expect to arrive late. The skipper will wait for up to 120 minutes beyond the agreed departure time. If no contact is made, the booking may be considered a no-show. - No-Show: No refunds will be issued for no-shows. 3. Safety Considerations: - All passengers must adhere to safety instructions provided by the skipper. - Life jackets and other safety equipment are provided and must be used when instructed. - The skipper has full authority to alter the itinerary or cancel the trip if safety is compromised. 4. Boat Rules: - No smoking inside the cabins or any enclosed areas of the boat. - Illegal activities and the use of the boat for personal purposes by the skipper or guests are strictly prohibited. - Passengers are responsible for any damages they cause to the boat or equipment. A damage deposit may be required and will be refunded after the rental if no damages occur. 5. Fuel and Docking Fees: - Fuel costs, docking fees and any other additional fees during the rental period are covered by the renters. 6. Cleaning and Maintenance: - The boat will be delivered clean and ready for use. Renters are expected to leave the boat in a reasonably tidy condition.
