Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the kayak, seat, seat buckles or clamps, lifejacket or paddle. Renter responsible to spray off equipment prior to returning. Please do not return to me dirty or a $25 cleaning fee will be charged. Renter responsible for secure transportation. Reservation will be cancelled should the renter not have means to safely transport the kayak and equipment.
