And, how long will it last? We provide all the equipment necessary, though, you’ll need to bring a swimsuit while sunscreen and a little bite to eat is advisable. The duration of the lesson will last 2 hours (in water). We strongly advise that you avoid eating a large meal 2 hours before entering the water. What are the conditions for scheduling your lesson? Schedules depend on: (i) knowing how to swim; (ii) children under 18 have parental consent; (iii) feasibility depend on tides and weather conditions. I'm underage. How do I schedule a lesson?
