Additional Terms & Information
All charters are rain or shine other than government issued severe storm warnings such as major lightning, thunder, gale,hurricane, tropical storm force winds etc.. Having said that, company policy doesn’t refund deposits or full payments back to customers whatsoever. You can postpone the charter for up to 6 months to 1 year only if there is a governmental warning or the captain indicates that it’s not safe to do the charter. If it rains in Miami which is one of the most bipolar weathers in the world it would only last for a couple of minutes not even hours & would most probably shine back again. Captains are trained to take guests to areas where there is sun & least amount of clouds because it’s easier & safer for captain to drive. So don’t worry about the weather it shouldn’t be an issue whatsoever in most cases. Having said that, before i collect deposit or charge full payment you need to be aware that the deposit or full payment is NON refundable. If you do agree & understand the terms & conditions you can go ahead & send in the deposit or give me the green light to charge full payment based on what we have agreed upon.
