Very professional communication and captain. The only significant complaint is that they permanently removed the toilet from the yacht so we had to spend 5 hours on a boat with no toilet. That should be disclosed in the listing. The captain said he would stop so we could go in the water to relieve ourselves. That didn't work for my elderly mother who had no expectation of going into the water. You'll want to plan ahead if chartering this boat.
