No Smoking, No Glass and No Pets 100% refund if you cancel 5 days prior to reservation. 0% refund if you cancel 4 days or less prior to reservation. 0% refund for No-Show. $500 security deposit will be held for liability and damages. Deposit will be returned at. Weather cancellations will offer a free re-booking of any day available on schedule. You are responsible for fuel. You will be charged a flat rate of $50 per 4-hour slot. If you are tubing, you will be charged a minimum of $75 for a half tank of gas. If you go over a half tank then you will be charged accordingly. A full tank = $150
