The tender will be clearly marked, and the crew will be expecting your arrival. - Private Water Taxi Arrivals: If you are arriving via private water taxi, the tender will also meet you at the public dinghy dock near the ferry terminal. The captain will coordinate with the water taxi to ensure a seamless transfer. Important Note: Prior to your arrival, the captain will reach out directly to confirm all details and ensure smooth coordination for your pick-up. Smoking is only allowed at the stern of the boat. Please be respectful of this policy to ensure the comfort of all guests. Charter Start and End Times: The charter will begin on the first day at 12:00 pm and will finish on the last day at 12:00 pm. Please plan your travel accordingly. Guest Accommodation: Bodhisattva can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in its double-occupancy cabins. We do not accept more than the maximum capacity for comfort and safety reasons. Crewed Charter: The boat is operated by a professional crew consisting of a captain and chef/first mate. Please note, there is no option for a bareboat. Christmas Charter: Charters during the Christmas season must finish by December 27th. No departures will be allowed after this date. New Year’s Charter: For New Year’s charters, the earliest possible departure is December 28th. Please book accordingly if you wish to celebrate the New Year aboard. Cruising Area: The Aquatic Odyssey charter is available exclusively within the British Virgin Islands for the 2025-2026 season. No other cruising areas will be accommodated. Behavior and Noise: Please be considerate of your fellow guests. Aquatic Odyssey is a peaceful, luxury experience, and loud noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Water Sports Equipment: All water sports equipment will be provided by the crew. Please follow all safety instructions provided by the crew before engaging in any water activities. Safety First: All guests must comply with the safety regulations and crew instructions while aboard. Life jackets must be worn when instructed by the crew, especially during water-based activities.
