Renter Terms & Policies Captain & Safety This is a captained charter. The captain has final authority regarding safety, weather conditions, routes, and destinations. All guests must follow safety instructions at all times. Weather Policy Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsafe, the trip may be rescheduled or canceled at the captain’s discretion. In the event of a captain-canceled trip due to weather, renters will be offered a reschedule or refund per GetMyBoat policy. Guest Count The maximum number of passengers must not exceed the limit stated in the listing. No additional guests may be added without prior approval. Arrival Time Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for boarding and safety briefing. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time without refund. Food & Drinks Guests may bring food and drinks. Please drink responsibly. Glass containers are not permitted onboard. Alcohol & Behavior Alcohol is allowed for guests of legal age. Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited and may result in early termination of the trip without refund. Smoking Smoking and vaping are not permitted onboard. Shoes & Personal Items Shoes may be required to be removed while onboard. Please secure personal items; the captain is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Damage Policy Renters are responsible for any damage caused by their party beyond normal wear and tear.
