By booking this private charter, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions: Arrival & Check-In Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure. The charter will depart at the scheduled time. Sunset Breeze Tours is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, parking, late arrivals, or any other circumstances outside of our control. Charter Time The charter time begins and ends at the time stated in the booking confirmation. Late arrival by the client or guests does not extend the charter time. Any additional time must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges. Capacity The maximum guest capacity is based on the vessel’s legal capacity and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Final guest count must be confirmed before the event. Weather Policy Charters operate rain or shine unless weather conditions are considered unsafe by the captain or the operating company. In the event of unsafe weather, the charter may be rescheduled based on availability. The captain has final authority regarding safety and navigation decisions. Safety & Conduct All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. Unsafe behavior, excessive intoxication, illegal substances, or failure to follow safety instructions may result in early termination of the charter without refund. Damages The client is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests to the vessel, equipment, furniture, décor, or any property on board. Additional charges may apply for damages or excessive cleaning. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits and payments may be non-refundable depending on the timing of the cancellation. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund request must be made in writing and is subject to approval based on the booking terms and availability. Captain & Vessel Operations The captain is responsible for the safe operation of the vessel and has full authority over all safety-related decisions, including route, speed, anchoring, and whether the charter can safely operate. Gratuity Crew gratuity is not included unless specifically stated in the booking. Tips are appreciated and may be given based on satisfaction with the service.
