Rental Terms • Weather conditions In case of unsafe weather conditions (strong wind, heavy swell, official weather warnings), the trip may be postponed or cancelled at no extra cost. A new date will be proposed or a full refund will be issued. • Payment & booking confirmation A deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid before boarding on the day of the rental. For last-minute cancellations by the client (less than 48 hours before departure), the deposit is non-refundable. • Safety on board Safety is our top priority. The skipper’s instructions must be followed at all times. Life jackets are provided for all passengers, including children. The skipper may adjust the itinerary at any time for safety or comfort reasons. • Boat rules Smoking is allowed only outside designated areas. Shoes are not allowed on board. Excessive alcohol consumption and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. • Capacity The maximum number of passengers must be respected at all times, in accordance with maritime regulations. • Fuel & extras Fuel conditions depend on the selected formula and will be clearly specified before departure. Optional extras (meals, Seabob, water toys, special events) must be confirmed in advance. • Late arrival / no-show Late arrival does not extend the rental time. In case of no-show, the rental will be considered cancelled with no refund. • Damages Any damage caused by misuse or non-compliance with onboard rules may be charged to the renter.
