Free cancellation up to 14 days before your trip.

Weather cancelation will only be accepted if there is lightening or heavy rain and wind that make it unsafe. A cloudy day with chance of rain is not grounds for cancelation. If guests are late to arrive the time will be counted in the total charter time. If Captain or Boat maintenance require a late departure the time will be added to your charter whenever possible. No show will not receive any refund. No shoes or valuables on the boat. We provide a secure area to leave your belongings on the dock. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. No glass or sharp objects. No food that stains easily (Doritos, Cheetos, Berries)
