If you cancel within 48 hours you will lose your deposit. Trips cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full price if we are unable to rebook the time slot. If you are a no show for your trip you will be charged the full price. BAD WEATHER: We do not take charters in poor weather conditions. We will assess the weather and should we determine that conditions are not suitable to send the boat out, the trip may be postponed, rescheduled or canceled with the option of a full refund. By booking a reservation with us, you acknowledge that these terms and conditions apply to your booking. If you arrive late, trips cannot be extended due to tardiness. Late arrivals with shortened trips will not be discounted.
