Boat Cruise Viktor: Scenic Tour from Virpazar to Kom Monastery on Skadar Lake

Visit the Kom Monastery, located on a small island where the Crnojević River meets Lake Skadar. It was built between 1415-1427. The oldest frescoes date back to the second half of the XV century that connects with Albania, and it is possible to perceive their mountains. The monastery was built by the king Ivan Crnojevic in the 15th century. It is dedicated to the mother of Christ. The monastery is also home to some of the best-preserved frescoes in the area. We finish the boat trip by joining the small channel of the river Crmnica to return to the fishing village of Virpazar.
