Code Of Conduct The Luanda experience strives to provide a safe experience for both guests and staff, to achieve this we have standards that must be adhered to: 1. Respect – a. This means adhering to all directions from the skipper and crew. b. Speak to the skipper and crew with respect c. Be respectful to the vessel and avoid any unnecessary damage. 2. Alcohol and Intoxication - The Luanda Experience is a Licensed premise which means we must adhere to the sale and supply of alcohol act 2012. a. You must not bring your own alcohol aboard b. You must not take alcohol off the vessel on departure c. The staff have a legal responsibility to manage intoxication and harm from alcohol no different to any other bar. 3. Drugs - As a licenced premise we have a duty to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 this makes it illegal for us to knowingly permit any supply, consuming or administering ‘controlled drugs’ onboard. 4. Swimming or jumping off the vessel - a. Jumping off the vessel whilst moving or without permission will be taken very seriously, and the charter will be cancelled instantly for all. b. Swimming may be permitted by the skipper only when the vessel is secure, and a staff member is monitoring the activity. The Luanda Experience reserves the right to terminate a charter at any time due to non-compliance with these terms or NZ law. If a charter is terminated due to non-compliance with the above code, we do not offer a refund.
