Discover Scuba Diving One day course, which includes the very basics of diving theory, one session in the pool and a dive to 12m in the open water around Una Una. This is a great way to try diving for first timers, or just to get out and see the reef if you’ve never done it before and have limited time. The PADI Discover Scuba Diver doesn’t give you any diving certification, but can count towards your PADI Open Water Diver course for those divers wishing to continue their adventure and become certified! (Must be at least 10 years old) Padi Open Water Course The PADI Open Water Course is a three to four day program earning the diver an internationally recognized license. After completing this course you will be certified to dive to 18m, and qualified to join dive trips, and rent scuba equipment, all over the world. The course can be done on four consecutive days, any two weekends, or scheduled to your convenience. During the PADI Open Water dive course you and your PADI diving Instructor work through five pool dives, five knowledge development sessions, and then get four ocean dives to earn your PADI certification. This course will expand your knowledge and experience level and will develop you into a more self-reliant diver. Although this course is challenging, many divers say this is the best course they’ve ever taken! Training includes theory sessions, skill training, and realistic scenario practice. Skills include assisting a panicked diver, dealing with an unconscious diver, missing diver searches and providing emergency oxygen.
