The boat is rented with crew and the cost of gasoline will be charged to the renter. The renter’ll make the boat available in perfect efficiency, armed and suitably equipped, complete with all safety equipment, provided with the required documents and covered by the extended civil liability insurance for the charterer and passengers in respect of accidents and damage suffered in connection with or in connection with the rental contract.
