1. OVER-THE-ROAD TOWING & HIGHWAY LIABILITY The Renter explicitly assumes all financial and legal liability associated with transporting, trailering, and towing the 2022 Moomba Mojo and its accompanying trailer. •The Renter warrants that their towing vehicle has a manufacturer-certified towing capacity to tow safely at least 7,000 lbs. •The Renter's vehicle must be equipped with a properly rated 2 inch hitch ball and an operational 7-way round trailer wiring plug. •The Owner bears zero responsibility for highway accidents, vehicle damage, property damage, third-party injuries, or fatalities occurring while the boat/trailer is hitched to the Renter’s vehicle. The Renter’s personal auto insurance acts as the primary coverage. 2. LAUNCHING, RAMP, & RETRIEVAL LIABILITY The Renter assumes full operational responsibility for safely backing, launching, and retrieving the watercraft at any marine boat ramp. Any damage sustained during the launch or retrieval process—including hull scraping, fiberglass gouges, bent trailer axles, broken winch straps, or submersion of the towing vehicle—is the sole financial responsibility of the Renter. 3. PROPRIETARY PROPERTIER & RUNNING GEAR POLICY The 2022 Moomba Mojo is an inboard V-drive tournament wake boat featuring an exposed propeller, shaft, rudder, and tracking fins protruding beneath the hull. •The Renter agrees to operate the watercraft exclusively in deep water and maintain a minimum depth of 5 feet at all times in idle only; a minimum of 7ft while cruising (no ballast) and a minimum of 15–20ft actively WakeSurfing or WakeBoarding •Any damage to the propeller, shaft, rudder, or tracking fins is strictly excluded from normal wear-and-tear. The Renter agrees to pay the full cost of replacement parts and professional marine labor to repair any running gear damage. •Any damage in the interior of the boat done by not been cautious such as the upholstery, panels, trim, and gatorstep. The Renter agrees to pay the full cost of replacement parts and professional marine labor to repair or replace them. 4. STRICTION VESSEL RULES & FUEL POLICY Violating any of the following rules will result in an immediate $500.00 fine deducted from the security deposit, plus the cost of any necessary repairs: •No Spray Sunscreen: Spray sunscreen permanently stains marine vinyl upholstery yellow. Only lotion sunscreen is permitted on board. •No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited on board to prevent claw tears on the leather seats. •No Footwear: Shoes must be removed before stepping onto any boat vinyl or interior upholstery. •Clean the exterior of the boat (hull area that was under water or exposed to it), a quick whipped will do the job.- Cleaning products will be stored in the boat- •Clean the interior of the boat before returning the boat ( We are not asking for detail cleaning, just return it like when you receive it or pick up the boat) -Cleaning products will be stored in the boat- •91 Premium Fuel Only: The boat is handed over with a full tank of fuel. It must be returned 100% full of 91 Premium gasoline. The Renter must leave the physical gas station receipt on the dash upon return to prove 91 Premium was utilized.
