Safety and a great guest experience are the top priorities. The captain has final authority over all activities and may modify or end a trip if conditions become unsafe. Weather: Trips may be rescheduled or refunded if high winds, lightning, poor visibility, or other unsafe conditions prevent boating. Light cloud cover, cooler temperatures, or minor changes in weather do not automatically qualify for a cancellation. Arrival and timing: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in and a safety briefing. Your booking begins at the reserved time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter trip, and additional time is subject to availability. No-shows are nonrefundable. Safety: Life jackets are provided and must be worn whenever required by law or requested by the captain. Children and guests participating in watersports must wear a properly fitted life jacket. Guests must follow all the captain's instructions. Boat rules: No smoking, vaping, glass containers, pets, or illegal substances onboard. Please avoid spray tanning products, messy food, and anything that may stain the upholstery. Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted for guests of legal drinking age, but the captain may limit alcohol use when necessary for safety. Watersports: Wakesurfing, wakeboarding, tubing, and swimming are offered based on lake conditions, guest ability, and captain approval. Guests should disclose any medical concerns or physical limitations before participating. Damage and cleaning: Guests are responsible for damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, and overtime charges caused by their group. A security allowance applies to each booking.
