⚠️ Important Charter Policies ⛅ Weather Policy Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, dense fog), we may cancel or reschedule your charter. If we cancel due to weather, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund—excluding the $180 cleaning fee, which is non-refundable once booked. 💳 Security Deposit A $500 refundable security deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be refunded after your charter, provided there is no damage to the yacht and all policies are followed. 🧼 Cleaning Fee A $180 cleaning fee is charged for every booking and is non-refundable. ⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows Charters begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure timely departure. Late arrivals will result in reduced charter time. No-shows and cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. 🛟 Safety Guidelines All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the Captain and Onboard Host. Life jackets are available for all guests. Minimum age required to attend is 16 years of age. 🚭 Smoking & Substances No smoking, vaping, or drug use is permitted onboard. Alcohol is welcome for guests 21+ (moderate consumption only). The Captain may end the charter early if behavior compromises safety. 🥿 Footwear To preserve the yacht’s interior, guests will be asked to remove shoes upon boarding. Soft-soled boat shoes are welcome on deck. 📷 Photography Photos and videos are encouraged! Professional photography sessions must be arranged in advance.
