Here’s a quick, friendly rundown of a few important policies to keep in mind when booking with us: Weather Cancellations We keep a close eye on the skies. If Mother Nature isn’t cooperating (heavy rain, lightning, or high winds), we’ll reach out to reschedule your trip or offer a full refund your safety always comes first. Late Arrivals & No-Shows We get it life happens. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before departure so we can maximize your time on the lake. If you’re running late, give us a heads-up. No-shows or late arrivals beyond 30 minutes without notice may result in a shortened cruise or cancellation without refund. Safety First, Always All passengers must follow basic safety rules while on board, including wearing life jackets when necessary. Children under 13 are required by law to wear one at all times. Our captain or crew has final say on safety matters, so please respect their guidance. Onboard Etiquette We welcome good vibes, music, laughter, and celebration—but let’s keep it classy. No glass bottles, illegal substances, or unruly behavior. Damage to the boat or excessive cleaning may result in additional fees. BYOB & Personal Items Feel free to bring your own drinks, snacks, and gear—just pack smart and avoid anything that could roll, spill, or tip easily. Coolers and floaties are welcome! Liability & Waivers MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT, ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 35 MUST HAVE A BOATING LICENSE per North Carolina state law. Must provide a valid drivers license, credit card and complete our rental agreement, waiver and release via DocuSign prior to rental. Credit card will be charged for any and all damages - Each renter will be asked to sign a quick digital waiver before departure—just to make sure we’re all on the same page.
