Important Info Before You Book Weather Policy: We’re happy to wait up to 15 minutes at the start of your trip for passing rain. If the Captain determines the weather is unsafe, we’ll do our best to reschedule your tour to the next available date. If that’s not possible, you’ll receive a full refund. All weather and safety calls are made by the Captain. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please be on time! We offer a 15-minute grace period, but if you’re late without notice or don’t show up, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Let us know as soon as possible if you’re running behind. Safety First: Safety is our top priority. All guests must follow the Captain and crew’s instructions at all times. Life jackets and required safety gear are provided. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to anyone under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol. Boat Rules: - No smoking or glass bottles onboard - Children must be supervised by an adult - Respect the boat, ocean, and other guests - You’re welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks - Bluetooth sound system available – bring your favorite playlist!
