General Terms and conditions Charter Price Included - Use of the boat and her equipment - All taxes VAT 12% - Port fees for the day of embarkation and disembarkation at Alimos (Kalamaki Marina) Not included - Fuel - Mooring fees except for the first and last night in port - Food Provisioning Delivery - Redelivery Weekly charters usually begin and end on Saturdays. In case of uneven periods of time, such as a ten or twelve-day charter, we will do our best, depending on the circumstances, to accommodate your requirements. • Check In It is the process where we deliver the yacht to you. The skipper (if you choose this type of trip) will follow the check in process with us, following the list of equipment of the boat, in detail. The embarkation time is 15.00 (for weekly charters) • Check Out The disembarkation time is 09:00. Please note the yacht should be returned to the base a day before the end of the charter contract, at 18:00 for check-out procedure, (refueling of the boat, diver inspection, check-out). Any delayed redelivery of the yacht due to weather conditions shall not be acknowledged, so it is necessary to keep the yacht during the last 24 hours of the charter period at an adequate distance from the charter base. Terms of Payment A full payment is required in order to confirm the booking. Security Deposit Before embarking on the boat, the client has to leave a refundable security deposit/insurance/damage waiver that varies according to the size of the yacht. This ensures that the client is responsible only for that amount of money for any loss or damage may be caused. Every yacht is insured against any damage that exceeds that amount. Refundable Security deposit (refunded upon disembarkation) The client must provide upon embarkation the amount of the deposit as specified by the contract according to the yacht that has been booked. This can be provided. Upon disembarkation and inspection of the yacht, the amount of the deposit is returned to the client (unblocked from credit card in case of use of card). Damage Waiver The client has the option to pay a reduced amount of the security deposit in combination with a non-refundable deposit that will not be returned even in the event of lack of any damages on the yacht. The non-refundable deposit is applied to cover only one incident at a time of substantial nature. In case of multiple damages or losses the charterer pays a new non-refundable immediately upon receipt of replacement or repair. The Damage Waiver applies per accident (damage or loss). This means that should an incident occur, in order to be covered against a 2nd incident, the Charterer must leave a new security deposit equal to the initial amount. In any other case, the charter agreement will be terminated. We reserve the right not to accept the damage waiver. Cancellation Terms In case a booked yacht charter needs to be cancelled on the client initiative, the following terms will apply, as described in the Memorandum of Charter: Bookings cancelled up to 91 days prior to embarkation, full refund of the total charter fee. 31+ days prior to embarkation: 30% of the total charter fee is withheld.. 30 - 1 days prior to embarkation: 100 % of the total charter fee is withheld. In case the yacht is booked by another client, and under the same conditions only an administrative fee of 300€ will be held.
