• Renter and driver must be age 21 or older. • Passengers under 18 must have a parent or guardian present during rental usage. • All safety equipment is provided with your rental. • All renters must sign a Rental Agreement and Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement. • All renters must have a valid Driver's License. • Cancellation Policy - With a 48-hour notice of cancellation, rental reservation is refunded in full. Age Requirements - Motorized Boats and Jet Skis • Renter and Driver must be at least 21 years old • Renter and Driver must have a valid driver's license Weather Policy (rain/cool temperatures) The weather changes frequently and we cannot accommodate changes to reservations based upon weather forecasts. A weather forecast for rain, cool temperatures, or scattered thunderstorms is not a reason for cancellation.
