IN HIGH SEASON WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS If cancellation is 48 hours before of the contracted date, the company will refund 100% deposit. If cancellation is 24 hours before the contracted date, the company will refund the 50% deposit. If cancellation is the same date of the contracted date, the client must pay 100%. If cancellation is by Natural Phenomena or by prohibitivo of the Dominican Republic Navy Authorities, the company will refund the 100%.
