- Weather & Safety Cancellations: Trips may be canceled or rescheduled for unsafe weather or sea conditions. If we cancel for safety, you will be offered a full refund or an agreed reschedule. If a guest cancels due to weather, refunds follow the standard cancellation policy (see below). - Cancellation & Refunds: Free cancellation up to 5 days before departure. Cancellations 24–72 hours before incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non‑refundable. We recommend travel insurance for last‑minute changes. - Late Arrival & No‑Show: Please arrive 15 minutes early for check‑in. Late arrivals shorten charter time; no extension or refund for late starts. No‑shows forfeit the booking and any prepaid fees. - Security/Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit (credit card hold) is required at check‑in to cover damage, excessive cleaning, or loss. Damages beyond the deposit will be charged to the card on file. - Fuel & Operating Costs: Standard charters include a set fuel allowance; overages are billed at prevailing rates. For longer or high‑speed use, additional fuel charges may apply. - Safety & Life Jackets: Life jackets for all guests are provided and must be worn when required by the captain. Follow all crew instructions and safety briefings. Unauthorized operation of the vessel is prohibited. - Captain & Licensing: All charters include a licensed captain (unless a bareboat charter is explicitly arranged). Guests may not operate the vessel without documentation and owner approval. - Alcohol, Smoking & Illegal Substances: Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation for guests of legal age. No smoking or illegal drug use onboard. Violations may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. - Passenger Limits & Behavior: Maximum passenger numbers must not be exceeded. The captain may refuse service or return to port if guest behavior endangers safety or disturbs others — no refund in such cases. - Itinerary Changes & Delays: The captain may alter the planned itinerary for safety, weather, or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to maximize guest experience within safe limits. - Pets: Pets allowed only with prior approval and may require an extra cleaning fee.
