Important Booking Policies To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following policies that may affect your booking: Weather Cancellations: Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Safety Considerations: Boat Rules: Other Concerns: In the event of adverse weather conditions, we prioritize passenger safety and may reschedule your booking or issue a refund as per our policy. Guests are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals may lead to reduced cruising time. No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when instructed by the crew. All passengers must follow the captain’s safety guidelines throughout the trip. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Alcohol consumption is allowed, but excessive behavior that compromises safety will not be tolerated. Any damage to the yacht or its equipment caused by passengers will result in additional charges. Changes to your booking (date, time, or services) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pets are not permitted onboard. Passengers must adhere to UAE laws and regulations during the trip.
