This course will teach you the fundamentals to freedive properly and most importantly safely. This is not a certification course. Course Prerequisites: 15 Years old, must be able to swim adequately, no freediving experience needed • PADI Basic Freediver (1/2 Day) Challenge yourself and take control of your body and mind. Spend a half-day learning proper breathing and breath hold techniques in a pool with your PADI pro. Course Prerequisites: 12 years old, Must be able to swim, No freediving experience required. • PADI Freediver (2 days) Use your inner-power, discipline, and control to slow your heart. The PADI Advanced Freediver course is designed to fulfill that personal need to refine and improve your freediving skills, allowing you to progress slowly while learning hot your body performs during apnea. Course Prerequisites: 15 Years old, PADI Freediver certification, and CPR & 1st AID training within the last 24 months. • PADI Master Freediver (4 days) If you’re an advanced freediver who wants to learn how to fine-tune your lifestyle and training so that you can approach elite freediving levels, then the PADI Master Freediver course is for you. Through focused sessions, you’ll bring your static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion and constant weight skills to the next level.
