This Tri-Toon is a combination of comfort and thrill with its many amenities to accommodate cruising and friendly water sports. *This Tri-Toon comes equipped with life jackets. We DO NOT supply tubes or boards. Rental Times:  We like to keep all rental departures and returns in the daylight. No overnight rentals Boat Rules: Captain must be at least 25 years old with a valid boating license. Only the Captain can operate the boat, nobody else allowed.  The Captain is fully responsible for the boat and everything on it including passengers. The Captain must sign liability waiver before departure. Please have a valid ID for waiver form. Beaching is allowed but at your own risk, you are responsible for damages, mind the shallow waters for rocks or anything that can damage the boat hull or motor. You will be responsible for damages and assume all cost. NO smoking, NO red wine, NO standing or using boat rail as dive platform. NO pets or animals allowed. Cleanliness Policy: Boat must return in the condition it was in when departed, if not a cleaning fee charge of $150 will apply after return. Fuel Cost: Fuel Cost NOT included in the rental price. / Fuel cost is $75 per engine hour used   OTHERS: We can try to provide captain upon request, captain are available but not guaranteed depending on availability $350 minimum for up to 6 hrs. max. all captain fees are paid upfront prior to departure
