- VESSEL RENTER'S ACCOMMODATION OBLIGATIONS   The renter obliges to submit the vessel at the agreed time and place in correct condition and with full fuel tanks.   - THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZED VESSEL ACCOMMODATION SERVICE RECEIVER   The Tenant (hereinafter in the text Guest) upon signing declares that he will handle the vessel and equipment carefully and respect all the regulations. The Guest also obliges not to further rent the herein vessel. The Guest must be in possession of an adequate vessel conduction permit. In case of damage the Guest is obliged to inform immediately the Renter, report to the authorized Port Authority and write a report for the insurance, otherwise he will bear all expenses caused by the damage. Upon receiving the vessel, the Guest is obliged to make a deposit in cash ( 300 € ). If there are no defects on the vessel and equipment after the takeover, the deposit is returned in full. All damages to the engine and equipment, as well as loss of equipment caused by the Guest, will be retained from the deposit. The Guest obliges to return the vessel at the agreed time and place with a full fuel tank. In case the vessel is not returned on time, and without a full fuel tank, all expenses due to this will be calculated.   - INSURANCE   The vessel is insured against damages caused by third parties and Casco insurance to the amount of the vessel and equipment value with deducted franchise to the amount of the deposit. The crew and all damages caused to the items brought on board by the members of the crew are not insured.
