Grand Visionary is a 22-feet sailboat developed for day sailing. The boat was recently refitted and upgraded. It is excellent for beginners who want to enjoy the day in Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica bay. Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 5pm to 9:00pm (recommended 2 hours minimum and 4 hours maximum). Saturday and Sunday 2pm to 9:00pm. Maximum 6 people. Included Snacks, Soft Drink, ice and water when requested previously. Rate is $120 per hour. Although guests are allowed to drink, moderation is required for safety and service quality. The Captain spent more than three hundred hours sailing in this location for the last 3 years and has the ability to keep guests safe and adapt the route for comfort. We want you to have a great experience. The boat has all the safety state requirement equipment and more. New motor, life savers vest, ladder, fire extinguisher, rescue system, gps rescue system, 24/7 tow boat, and all instruments are easily accessible. We are not responsible for physical accidents in case someone gets distracted and gets hurt in eventual movements. I booked this sail boat for my wife for Mother's day and our 2 year old son, and we loved it. Gustavo felt like family and was so nice. He even taught me a bit about sailing. The ride was 2 hours and nice a smooth. Boat has an inside area with a restroom and sink. And the outside area is spacious. We had a great time and would definitely book again! Thanks Gustavo!

Gustavo is an awesome guy with an easygoing attitude and friendly demeanor. He was very open to allowing me (an experienced sailor) to take full control of the vessel, but also stepped in when I wanted to chill and enjoy the beautiful views. Ask him to put on his sailing playlist - it's a great cruising vibe.

What a magical evening! Gustavo was amazing as the captain, very welcoming and knowledgeable with an excellent playlist of songs. We had a nice strong breeze and got good speed in the open water. The boat would probably have been a bit small for a very large group but was the perfect size for the two of us + captain. Gorgeous sunset with seals, birds, an afternoon to remember!

We provide accurate information about access location for departure, so we cannot be responsible for your delay, and we may not extend trip hours unless the captain agrees and the price has to be corrected. The time of the trip can be reschedule or cancel 48 hours before the trip. Deposit is charged if exceeds the time for reschedule. In case of bad weather or mechanical issues, we cancel or reschedule until the last minute and give full deposit back.
