Life jackets are available and required for all passengers under 13. - Alcohol: Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed. No glass containers, illegal substances, or underage drinking permitted. - Boat Rules: No pulling activities (e.g., tubing or skiing) are allowed due to insurance restrictions. Please treat the boat and equipment with care—damages may result in additional charges. Cancellation Policy: -Reservations are first booked, first served. -passengers 11 years of age or younger are required to wear life jackets the entire time aboard the boat (life vests provided) -Late or no-show bookings are non-refundable. Your reserved time slot begins promptly, and late arrivals will shorten your allotted time as we cannot extend it. Please be punctual, as rentals are often consecutive. -If a reservation is canceled up to 3 days in advance, the -deposit amount can be applied at a later date within the same season.
