Rental Terms & Policies Captained Experience Only This is a captained boat experience — renters are not permitted to operate the boat. A qualified captain will be on board for the duration of your trip to ensure safety and a smooth experience. Weather Policy Your safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (lightning, heavy rain, high winds), your booking will be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued due to weather — rescheduling only. Cancellation Policy All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds. If you need to make changes, we will work with you to reschedule your booking with proper notice. Late Arrival & No-Show - Please arrive 10–15 minutes early - Late arrivals will not extend your booking time - No-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late may result in cancellation with no refund or reschedule Return Time & Late Fees - Your rental must end on time - Late returns are subject to a $100+ late fee, plus additional time charges - Delays impact other bookings, so timeliness is strictly enforced Capacity & Boat Rules - Maximum capacity must be respected at all times - No reckless behavior, unsafe activity, or failure to follow captain instructions - This is a fun, controlled environment — we reserve the right to end trips early if safety is compromised Safety Requirements - All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the captain - Life jackets are available and must be used when required - The captain’s direction is final at all times for safety Damage & Responsibility - Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period - A pre- and post-trip walkthrough will be completed
