FAQS: 1. How old do you have to be to rent a pontoon boat? - You must be 18 years of age or older to rent the boat 2. Can I cancel the reservation? - Yes. You can cancel your reservation for a 100% refund minus your deposit within 3 days of the scheduled rental. 3. What if there is bad weather? - You will receive a 100% refund for cancellations due to weather per the Coastal Marine Warnings and regulations if the rental doesn't leave the dock 4. Do you offer food and drinks to go? No 5. Do I get charged if I don't show up for the rental? - No-shows on the reservation are charged for the reserved rental 6. What items should I bring on the pontoon boat? - Drinks - Sunscreen, hats & Sunglasses - Towels - Food or snacks - Floats - Small backpacks for personal items - Phone charging/USB chords - Dollar store rain ponchos 7. Do you provide life jackets? - Yes. We are required by law to have one life jacket for every person on board our rental boats. Children under 12 are required by law to wear life jackets while underway and we will provide the vest-type jackets for them. We strongly recommend that all children and non-swimmers wear life jackets at all times when the boat is in motion. 8. Is there music on the boat? - Yes, with Bluetooth 9. What time should I show up for my boat rental? - We recommend getting here 30 minutes before your boat rental reservation. 10. Do you allow dogs on the boats? - We allow small-medium-sized dogs on the boat if they have a life jacket. Dogs are NOT allowed on the upholstery or the Lilly pad. Any damage will be charged to your card following the charter.
