- Weather Cancellations: If weather is unsafe (high winds, lightning, or heavy storms), you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Light rain or clouds do not qualify. - Late Arrivals: Charters start at the booked time. Late arrivals may result in shortened trip time without a refund. - No-Shows: No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. - Safety First: All guests must follow captain’s safety instructions. No diving while the boat is in motion. - Boat Rules: Do not hand glass bottles over the windshield on the bow, No smoking inside the cabin. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Excessive intoxication may end the charter early.
