After that, late arrivals may result in reduced tour time. No-shows are non-refundable. - Safety & Conduct:- Life jackets are provided and required for all passengers. - No excessive alcohol consumption or unruly behavior. - The captain reserves the right to end the trip if passengers violate safety rules. - Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the boat beyond normal wear and tear.
