Weather Cancellations: Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled with a full refund if unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds over 25 mph, thunderstorms) are forecasted by the National Weather Service at the time of booking. Refunds or rescheduling are not offered for light rain or personal preference. Late or No-Show Bookings: Arrivals over 1 hour late without prior notice forfeit the rental with no refund. Contact us ASAP if delayed to discuss rescheduling options (subject to availability). Safety Considerations: All renters must attend a mandatory 15-minute safety briefing. Boating under the influence is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. Children under 12 must wear life jackets at all times while on deck.
