To rent the boat without a skipper (bareboat), the renter must possess a valid boating license recognized in Croatia and be at least 18 years old. The license must be presented before departure. If you do not have a valid license, the boat can still be rented with a professional skipper for an additional fee. Fuel is not included in the rental price and is charged based on consumption at the end of the rental. The boat must be returned to Medulin harbor at the agreed time and in the same condition as it was received. Any damages caused during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter. The renter is responsible for the safety of all passengers on board and must respect Croatian maritime regulations, weather conditions, and navigation rules. In case of unsafe weather conditions, the rental may be postponed or canceled for safety reasons. A short safety and navigation briefing will be provided before departure. Security Deposit A security deposit may be required before departure to cover any potential damages to the boat or equipment during the rental period. The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the rental if the boat is returned in the same condition as received and no damages have occurred. The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the boat, equipment, or third parties during the rental period. Cancellation Policy Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental time. If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before departure, the booking may be non-refundable. In case of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, the rental may be rescheduled to another available time or fully refunded. If the renter does not arrive at the agreed meeting point and time, the booking may be considered a no-show and non-refundable.
