Come experience the beauty of Washington DC from the water with us! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WHERE DO WE MEET? Walk down the pier in the direction of the Ferris Wheel and stage under the white pavilion tent. Your crewmember will be in touch on the day of your charter before your cruise start time. Once your entire party has arrived proceed to the first blue marina entry gate on the left and give your crewmember a call. We will open the gate and escort you and your guests to the vessel. WHAT IS THE BEST PARKING SITUATION? National Harbor is a tourist location with several paid parking garages. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES? Absolutely! However, all food must be readyto-serve. Bottles of liquor and champagne are fine, but glass cups and plates are not allowed. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume adult beverages. DO YOU PROVIDE UTENSILS, CUPS OR PLATES? No, we do not. However, we offer a chaser package for purchase that includes all the above plus Coca-Cola, ginger ale, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, tonic water and club soda) for a $99 fee. We supply ice and water. ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED? We love children and family cruises! Please let us know if you plan to bring children. Children under 35-lbs. or under the age of 13 are always required to wear a lifejacket per Coast Guard regulation. ARE SWIMSUITS ALLOWED? Of course. IS THERE A RESTROOM ONBOARD? Yes, vessels have a restroom. IS SMOKING ALLOWED? All legal tobacco in the state of Maryland is allowed only on the exterior of the vessel. CAN I BRING MY OWN hookah? No. Charcoal hookah is prohibited. CAN I BRING CANDLES, STERNOS OR SPARKLERS? No, all the above mentioned are openflame items and are prohibited. WHAT IF IT RAINS? Should the Captain decide that weather is unsuitable to disembark, there will be no penalty for such weather-related re-booking. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? We understand things come up.
