⭐️⭐️$250 FLAT FEE FOR GAS AND CLEAN UP⭐️⭐️ CANCELLATION POLICY Customer can cancel no less than 8 days in advance and receive 100% of the rental deposit. Rental deposit is forfeited if canceled 7 days or less before charter. We reserve the right to cancel the charter due to the following conditions: 1) Weather: Which includes any of the following: sustained winds over 20 mph, small craft advisory issued, waves 3 feet or more, thunderstorms at the time of departure, heavy rain, and fog with less than 1.5 miles visibility. We will monitor weather conditions and determine whether or not to cruise anywhere 1 to 3 hours before launch. 2) Mechanical breakdown 3) Harbor is closed or access is not allowed 4) Civil unrest, rioting or war nearby Prior to boarding if any of these conditions are occurring we will attempt to reschedule the trip for another time on that day. After boarding, if for vessel safety reasons, the trip must be cut short... refunds will be prorated based on the amount of trip not completed at the time of cancellation. Trip ends the moment you arrive back at the harbor. We assume no liability for cancellations due to above conditions. We will cruise in any temperature, cloud cover and light precipitation so please dress accordingly. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: - Rental of 6 people floaty is an additional $75 payable at the time of charter. BOAT RULES: - No pets. - No smoking on the boat (All charters are NON-SMOKING. Use of any tobacco products, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor devices, etc. is strictly prohibited. Use of any of these products may result in a non-refundable, early termination of your charter and the assessment of a cleaning fee.) - No paper or garbage is to be flushed down the toilet. Any removal of toilet protective equipment will be assessed a $100 fee. - Aboard the vessel, the passengers are expected to exhibit maturity at all times, along with hydration, and responsible fun. - Minimum charter length is 3 hours - Charter STARTS and ENDS at your pre-established booked time, NOT YOUR ARRIVAL TIME. SO PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE. - There are no pick ups at Navy Pier or any other harbors or locations. - We are located at 31st Street Harbor with nearby parking or curbside drop-off just steps from the dock. - Charters start and end at 31st Street harbor. - Any major spills and stains as a result of illness, carelessness or excessive drinking will be charged $200 for the cost of cleaning and sanitizing. There is always a risk of sea sickness, so please be sure to bring the appropriate OTC meds or Sea Bands. - Any person that experiences seasickness must remain on deck. The cabin area below deck is NOT an appropriate place for any person to deal with seasickness. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any person vomiting anywhere in the below deck cabin area of the cruiser (including the “head”/bathroom), and anywhere on the deck or side of the vessel. - The Captain at their own discretion can terminate any cruise due to any passenger’s excessive profanity, unlawful, unruly, dangerous and unsafe behavior, without any consideration of contracted time remaining for the charter. No refunds will be granted. ALCOHOL AND RECREATIONAL DRUGS: Our company is not authorized to sell alcohol. Guests may bring their own alcohol to consume at their own risk. However, if any guest displays signs of being overly intoxicated before or during the charter, our company reserves the right to end the charter with no refund or credit of the original purchase price. Illegal and recreational drugs are explicitly banned in any form. If consumption or possession of drugs is suspected, our company will end the charter with no refund or credit of the original purchase price. WEAPONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED: No guns, knives, or weapons of any kind are allowed on board the vessel at any time. Bringing any of these prohibited items aboard may result in a non-refundable, early termination of your charter and possible arrest. All food and beverages should be ready to eat (No food or drink preparation allowed in the cabin). Microwave and sink are available for use. Catering can be arranged. WHAT TO BRING: BYOB, Completely prepared snacks, beach towels, swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, phone charger paper plates/cups, soft-side cooler with ice, **State Issued Drivers License or I.D** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Customary gratuity for excellent service by the crew is not included but very much appreciated⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PASSENGER WAIVER: A passenger waiver form must be signed prior to boarding the vessel.
