The communication was not that well during the booking process and the listing price information was inaccurate. My booking time was also changed after I booked. After those obstacles, the actual boat experience was good. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.

As with any outdoor activity, weather is always a factor. While we were out, beached on an island in Biscayne Bay, a massive lightning and thunder storm rolled in. We spent an hour huddled on the boat, pelted by rain. It was a scary experience. Our trip was cut short, but the first hour and a half was fun. I can't say much else.

Tackled on fees once I got there. Made sure to get the total amount I was asked to pay prior to getting on the boat. Once I got on the boat they were asking for more money due to fees they did not mention, even though I asked. Says water is provided, it is not. Boat was 30 minutes late for pick up. We still got our full 4 hours though. Crew was great (Claudia and Chu Chu)
