Weather Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel trips in the event of safety concerns. This includes adverse weather conditions, or rough sea conditions under our judgement. If a trip must be canceled due to safety concerns, a full refund will be issued. Unruly Passenger Policy: In the event that a trip must be canceled due to the actions of passengers, including unruly behavior, no refund will be issued.
