CANCELLATION POLICY If your clients have to cancel their program, following cancellation fee would be applied as follows : 90 days prior to arrival 20% of the total amount. 60 days prior to arrival 30% of the total amount. 30 days prior to sailing 50% of the total amount 14 Days Prior to arrival 75% of the total amount CANCELLATION BY US We reserves the right to cancel the tour in any circumstances (such as weather and sea condition) beyond our control with or without prior notice. Cancellation prior to departure, full refund of the total cost paid will be made. Client will not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of the tour.Where the running tour is interrupted by circumstances beyond our control, refund amount should be calculated what is deemed to be a fair proportion of the tour cost.
