Any guest found in violation will be removed from the vessel immediately, and authorities will be notified. No refund will be issued. No Red Wine On Board • Red wine is not permitted on our vessel. To protect our upholstery, cushions, and deck surfaces from permanent staining, this policy is strictly enforced without exception. Canned Beer Only • Guests are welcome to bring canned beer aboard. Glass bottles are not permitted for safety reasons. Please ensure all cans are properly disposed of — we ask that you help keep our waters clean. Please Bring Your Own Towels • Towels are not provided on board. Please remember to bring your own for swimming, snorkeling, and sun-bathing. We recommend a quick-dry towel for comfort throughout the charter. No-show Policy — Full Charge Applies • Guests who fail to appear at the scheduled departure time and location without prior notice will be charged the full charter amount. No exceptions or refunds will be made for no-shows. Weather Cancellations — Captain's Discretion • The safety of our guests and crew is our highest priority. In the event of stormy or adverse weather conditions, the decision to cancel or postpone a charter rests solely with our captain. No third-party forecasts or guest requests will override the captain's judgment. A full refund or rescheduling will be offered in such cases
