25% refund of offer amount up to 7 days prior.

Additional Terms & Information

Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made more than 30 days before the service date are eligible for an 80% refund; between 15 and 30 days, 50% is returned; between 7 and 14 days, 25% is refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date, as well as no-shows without prior written notice, are non-refundable and the full balance retained. In the event of adverse weather conditions — including storm warnings, sustained winds exceeding 25 knots, or reduced visibility — or any force majeure circumstance, we will offer either a full reschedule within 60 days or a 100% refund, with no penalty applied to the client. Similarly, should SLY need to cancel for operational or safety reasons, a complete refund is guaranteed if no alternative date is accepted. Booking modifications such as changes to date, time, or guest count may be requested up to 10 business days before the service date, subject to availability and potential additional fees.
