To rent from us, the renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID. A valid boater’s license is required for anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, in accordance with North Carolina and South Carolina state law. All riders must sign a liability waiver before operating the jet skis. Each Yamaha VX 1050 accommodates up to 3 riders, with a combined weight limit of 500 lbs. Rentals are priced at $200 per hour per jet ski with a 1-hour minimum, and a delivery fee of $50–$100 applies depending on the lake location. Fuel is not included and all jet skis must be returned with a full tank; otherwise, a $50 refueling fee will be charged. Late returns beyond a 10-minute grace period will incur a $2 per minute late fee. Any damage to the equipment is subject to a minimum $500 charge, with additional costs assessed if repairs exceed that amount. Jet ski operation is strictly prohibited under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No towing of tubes, boards, or other equipment is permitted. Riders must wear life jackets at all times. Jet skis may only be used during daylight hours and must remain within designated lake boundaries. Beaching, docking on rocks, shallow sandbars, or unauthorized private docks is not allowed. We delivers to lakes within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC, including Lake Norman, Lake Wylie, Mountain Island Lake, Lake James, Badin Lake, Lake Tillery, and High Rock Lake. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations due to inclement weather may be rescheduled or refunded at the company’s discretion. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. All jet skis are delivered clean, fueled, and ready to ride. By signing the waiver and accepting the delivery, renters agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
